Baking: Kersenvlaai

I actually had intended on skipping this month – I really didn’t have as much time as I had thought and  I’m not really good at making pies.I think something about pies just freaks me out so I dislike making them in general. 


This one was a fail in my books. The pie never set – so I ended up with a soupy pie even though I tried to bake the pie for about an hour or so. Probably the heat wasn’t high enough and the frozen berries were just giving off too much unexpected water.
