It’s been a while since I’ve baked – or really made anything in the kitchen. I’ve just been crazy busy at work – travelling and such and the holiday so I’ve taken a break. Now it’s busy season so I’ve just been working pretty much all the time. I do TRY and get some relaxing time in and this weekend was perfect to do so. I finally go my life back in order a bit.
That being said, I’m still not super free and have a lot of time to post. The recipe was great and delicious. I made a full recipe in a pie crust and had leftover filling to make 12 mini quiches in my cupcake tin for breakfast. I also added some breakfast sausages to add a bit of meat in it.
Overall, super easy and delicious!
