After having too much food during some brunches, the boyfriend and I wanted to eat in more often. Especially during the week, I think we wanted to try and eat in more. It’s cheaper and much healthier since we aren’t likely to overeat either.
We talked about making this since one of his roommates has a panini press – perfect for this. We made double the recipe and also some chicken I made on the panini press as well. I just cooked the butterflied chicken breast for about 4 mins and it was great!
Overall, great meal – healthy and delicious!
