Some days at work now, we’re not as busy, and after a deadline, the office was quite empty. I decided to leave a bit earlier and take my chances and making something from Alton Brown’s book. It’s actually a combo of two recipes, the Chicken Parmesan Meatballs and the Weeknight Spaghetti.
It’s actually a labor intensive meatball recipe – but since I had the time, I decided to go with it. I absolutely enjoyed it though – so juicy and the sauce was easy to make. My new method of making pasta has got to be Alton’s cold water pasta method as well. Cold water, just a bit more than the pasta I’m making and a few minutes.
Anyways, great meal – time consuming and definitely a weekend type meal, but pretty and delicious!
