When my friend Stefanie moved apartments in SF, she decided to put together a great little house warming party. I do love meeting new people so I decided to show up with something bite sized and delicious. I wanted to find a great dessert recipe and the blondie was a great one.
The interest parts – cooking the nuts in the butter first and using both parts to make the blondie. The recipe did take a while since you had to wait for the butter to cool and the nuts to cool a bit. Overall, a great taste of the nuts.
