There are some great recipes in the Alton Brown book and since I’m still trying to get through them all, I’d figure we would make the tikka masala. We do love our Indian food whenever we go out and eat, and figured we’d just try and make it ourselves at home.

We had to substitute some ingredients since we couldn’t find them easily at Berkeley Bowl. Chicken for turkey, habanero for Fresno peppers.

Funny story, I cut the peppers – and I accidentally wiped my eyes. I ended up being in pain for the rest of the night – I actually washed my eyes (a bit) with milk and water. One of the most painful things I’ve ever been through. Take care when cutting peppers!

Overall, we had a spicy dish, but still great! 90ecefe3-7919-4777-9308-b74d2a0e618f.png
