The book has some great recipes so I always enjoy new dishes and trying new things. I have a great peanut butter cookie recipe already (Martha Stewart has a great cookie book with many recipes I enjoy), but the recipe sounded interesting since it was gluten free. I do have a few friends that are sensitive, but I love my gluten.
My cookies definitely didn’t turn out the same way Alton’s did. My cookies were flat and a little crunchy and not chewy at all. Oh well, the guys who had ate the cookies still enjoyed.
