Cooking: Salisbury Steak


Some weekends I try and meal prep for the week – I got these nice new tupperware where I can have separate dividers without having to bring multiple tupperware containers.  One Sunday I decided to be ambitious and make 2 different recipes in one night. 



I decided to make some brussel sprouts (another Alton Recipe) with it. The steak was pretty easy to make – I decided to just get some burger meat instead since I couldn’t exactly find what the recipe was calling for. The gravy was delicious though!
