Cooking: BCLT Tacos


I’m not 100% sure why Alton decided to include this taco in the breakfast area since it’s not really a breakfast item. Regardless, we decided to make “breakfast” for dinner at one time. There’s a great supermarket I’ve talked about before, Berkeley Bowl, that actually has a bunch of different fresh ingredient. 



The best parts of this dish are actually the catfish and the crema. The sour cream with basil and chipotle pepper was really great. The crema was cooling and a little bit spicy at the same time. The catfish was really good as well. Nicely cooked and not overdone or underdone (like I was scared about while I was cooking it).


Overall, a great dish and one I’d definitely make again.
