Cooking: Turkey Sliders

Turkey is one of the more difficult ingredients that I’ve had to use – it’s often hard to get the turkey moist. However, I put my trust into the Alton Brown recipes and hoped for the best.

This slider was delicious. The addition of portabella mushrooms and miso created a party which was cooked quickly and super moist after being cooked. The suggest time of cooking is really quick so within about an hour, you’ll have a great meal. The dinner rolls used to make the sliders; we ended up getting some King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls.  We actually ended up making this recipe twice within a few days and the sweeter rolls were our preference for the bread. Easy-ish weekday meal for us.
