It was one of the lightest mousses I’ve had. Definitely delicious. A little too much coffee on my part (I subbed the water for coffee too), but I’m sure it’s great otherwise too.
It was actually one of the dishes I was dreading to make – where was I going to find salmon steaks? I had never really seen them anywhere, but apparently, they were at Safeway – we didn’t even have to make extra trips to get what we needed.
Here’s to enjoying a (slightly) alcoholic popsicle. Peaches, bourbon and a popsicle maker makes a great dessert to try.
