Baking: Chewy Peanut Butter Cookie


The book has some great recipes so I always enjoy new dishes and trying new things. I have a great peanut butter cookie recipe already (Martha Stewart has a great cookie book with many recipes I enjoy), but the recipe sounded interesting since it was gluten free. I do have a few friends that are sensitive, but I love my gluten.

Baking: Broccoli Pizza


When the newest recipe for Avid Baker’s Challenge came out, I was like broccoli pizza? That’s not what belongs on pizza…then I remembered this clip. It’s actually not untrue. I’m a SF girl now (for about 6 years) so I know there are places with broccoli on pizza. Baking: Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake


Again, more Great British Baking show inspired baking for my boyfriend means I make cheesecake. They had some great flavors in cheese, but he’s a blueberry kind of guy. He had originally wanted a pomegranate one…and there was discussion of a blood orange one. Since it was the easiest and with the most common ingredients, I decided to go with blueberry.
