Baking: Midnight Mug Cake for 2

Since I’m all for easy recipes – this one was perfect for me to make. Combine a few ingredients and I was ready to have cake! It’s funny because I had this myself even though it does say it’s for two. I was talking to one of my associates at work and they had a banana with some brown spots on it. Baking: Fudgy Double Chocolate Cookies

Since I started dating someone new, it’s just been an interesting experience trying to get to know him and his friends. I can’t say we’re similar people because we aren’t but it’s just interesting to meet other people out there. He invited me to a werewolves game night one of his friends was having. I’ll admit the game is much more strategy than expected and actually probably need to know his friends a bit better to be able to play a full game. Baking: Orange Dream Mini Cupcakes


Orange marmalade was a present in a little goodie bag from my friend Brandon when he went to Europe. When his birthday came around, I thought what better plan than to make cupcakes using the same orange marmalade he gave me? Since I was going to fill the cupcakes with the orange marmalade, I needed to make sure to decorate it in a special way for him – why not chocolate?
